Cleaning with a clear scope
Routine cleaning means accessible surface dusting, floor sweeping or vacuuming and mopping, agreed kitchen surfaces and bathrooms. Each included clean is a two-person session of up to 90 minutes during a scheduled visit, with basic supplies included. Check visits include up to 45 minutes on site. We agree the rooms and any delicate surfaces beforehand. Deep cleaning, pest treatment and specialist work are separate.
Advance payment and service continuity
Choose an agreed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The monthly fee and applicable taxes are payable in advance before each service month. If payment is overdue, package services may pause after written notice and resume after payment and a confirmed restart date. We explain these terms before you sign; enquiries require no payment.
An issue found is a conversation—not an automatic repair bill.
If an AC needs servicing or a tap starts leaking, we explain what was noticed and the proposed next step. Repair labour, parts, servicing and any coordination fee are quoted separately. You approve the work and total charges before it begins; a change needs fresh approval. Afterwards, we share the agreed completion information and invoice.
Access on your terms
Before care starts, we agree who can authorise access, which rooms may be entered and the tasks included. Any key handover is arranged privately after the service is agreed. You can restrict photography or particular areas. When care ends, we arrange key return and explain any outstanding work or balance.
Questions before you leave us your home
Can I ask for a single visit?
Yes. Tell us what you want checked or done and we will discuss availability, scope and a one-off quote. You do not have to choose a monthly plan.
Are repairs included in the monthly price?
No, unless expressly included in your agreed scope. We quote repair labour, parts, appliance servicing and coordination fees separately, then ask for your approval before work starts.
Do I have to share keys in the enquiry form?
No. Start with your city, contact details and a brief description. Access arrangements are discussed privately after you agree the service.
Can I use the service from another Indian city?
Yes. The service is for anyone who cannot be at their home themselves, including people abroad, travelling or living in another city. The property must be in our current service area.
Will I get updates after visits?
For monthly care, we agree a visit report and permitted photo updates with you. Reports explain visible findings, completed tasks and any next step needing your approval.
